Return Policy

1. REFUNDS

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery, only if the product is not used. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met: - Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging - Product(s) must be unused. - Receipt and proof of purchase are required. If the listed conditions are not met, Flawsome Crown reserves the right to refuse a refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Once your extensions have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize. Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

WIGS

Due to the nature of this business, there will be no refunds on Ready to Ship Wigs, Made to Order Wigs or Wig Construction Services.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE

Returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking, but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered

2. RETURNS

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at service@flawsomecrown.com. Customers are responsible to pay for their own return shipping unless it's a damaged item. (service@flawsomecrown.com)
